These instructions will give you the right care for your new tattoo and in the long run it will protect the colors and shapes. You need to take care of it as if it were an open wound, because it is. What you will need: A washcloth, antibiotic soap, plain skin lotion, sunscreen, and antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin. Here are the steps on <span style="text-decoration: underline">how to care for a new tattoo</span>.</p>
<p>1. Make sure to keep the bandage on the tattoo for at least three hours after completion. If your tattoo artist tells you longer then do so.</p>
<p>2. After the time period take the bandage off slowly and carefully and dispose of it.</p>
<p>3. Don&#8217;t put another band aid on because you want the tattoo to get fresh air to start the healing process.</p>
<p>4. Use some antibiotic soap to wash the tattoo with your hand.</p>
<p>5. Pat the tattoo dry with a washcloth and make sure not to rub it at all. Also, do not use anything else but a washcloth.</p>
<p>6. Put on a little bit of petroleum-based ointment that you can buy over the counter directly on the tattoo area that was just washed. The ointment can also be water based but you want to avoid any ointment that has zinc in it.</p>
<p>7. Keep applying the ointment to the tattoo for the next couple of days.</p>
<p>8. After you feel the wounded skin has healed you want to switch to plain skin lotion that has no dye, Vitamin E, aloe, alcohol, perfume or lanolin.</p>
<p>9. Continue to apply the lotion like you did with the ointment, directly to the tattooed skin.</p>
<p>10. REMEMBER YOU WANT TO KEEP THE SKIN EXPOSED TO THE AIR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.</p>
<p>11. WHAT TO AVOID: Extended exposure to the sun. Don&#8217;t get a lot of water on the tattooed area This means no swimming or baths for a few weeks. Stick with showers. That&#8217;s it! Enjoy! Now comes the fun part of showing off your new tattoo.</p>

With crunches, the weight of your body isn’t flung onto your back alone, and allows for a person to do a larger number of repetitions. This easy step-by-step allows for a person to do adequate abdominal crunches.</p>
<ol>
<li>Find either a smooth blanket to fold or a mat, such as a yoga mat.</li>
<li>Lay the mat or blanket on the ground in an area where you have lots of leg and arm room. The last thing you want is to be cramped in a bedroom with no space on the floor. So a living room or family room is ideal.</li>
<li>Position yourself so you are lying on your back on the mat, facing the ceiling.</li>
<li>Bring your knees up so that your feet are planted firmly on the ground while you are lying on your back. Imagine that your legs are creating a triangle shape with the ground.</li>
<li>Place your hand loosely behind your head. One of the things to avoid in toning exercises is unwanted tension. If you are clenching your hands too tightly behind your head, or locking your knees too tightly, you could cause yourself unwanted harm. So keep everything loose and relaxed.</li>
<li>With hands still behind your head, lift the upper half of your body up, as if you are trying to be face-to-face with your knees. You body shouldn’t be lifting too high, only at a 45-degree angle at most.</li>
<li>Once you have lifted your body to a 45-degree angle, which you should NOT rush, hold the position for five seconds. Remember to breathe as calmly as possible.</li>
<li>After five seconds, slowly lower your upper half of your body again to the ground. Take a three second rest and then repeat.</li>
</ol>
<p>REMEMBER: do not do any number of reps you aren’t comfortable with. If doing crunches causes sharp pain in your back, stomach, or neck, stop the exercise&#8221;</p>

<li>Make sure you are wearing comfortable and stable footwear, preferably sneakers.</li>
<li> Stand or sit up very straight.</li>
<li>Engage your abdomen, especially the lower abdomen.</li>
<li>Slowly  raise one knee as close as you can to your chest without straining.</li>
<li>Slowly lower your knee.</li>
<li>Repeat on the other side.</li>
<li>Do 40 reps if possible,      Remember, everyone&#8217;s body is different. So, if you feel strain at any time, try lower knee raises or just stop altogether.</li>
</ol>

Nudge the skin with the warm bottle many time to eliminates the itch. You can use a hair dryer. Spray your itchy skin gently using hair dryer. The hair dyer is much helpful since it produces warm air very fast. </span></li>
<li><span title="Click to view full content">Apply a medication for soothing the itchy bruise on mosquito bite. The medication is kind of antihistamine remedy and is easy to find it in drug-stores. You may also apply a hot balm on the bitten skin. It is helpful as well. </span></li>
<li><span title="Click to view full content">If the medication is not available in your house, alternatively, you can use garlic. Cut the garlic and rub it covering the itchy mosquito bite. </span></li>

<p>Ok, everyone wants to have six pack abs, a rippling stomach which they can show off at the beach while sun bathing or playing volleyball. The unfortunate reality is that building a taut six pack is not as easy as 5 minutes a day combined with a steady diet of double bacon cheese burgers.</p>
<p>The good news is that there is no real secret to building a strong set of abdominal muscles, the magic is a combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet, which we will discuss here. <p>There are really two things that need to happen for a person to showcase six pack abs. The first being the need to build up their abdominal muscles, and the second is to reduce the layer of fat covering their abdominal muscles. In order to do this, a person needs to be committed to an exercise and dietary regime which is focused on developing strong abdominal muscles and burning off excess belly fat.</p>

Genetics is one factor that you cannot control, some people will adapt fast than others. But if you keep up the effort, and gradually change your diet while increasing your level of activity, you will be on the road to a ripped six pack that you can flaunt at the beach. <li>Locate a pair of tweezers, since they are the best tool to work with small surgeries like removing thorns and bee stingers, and disinfect the tweezers. You want your tools to be clean, so wipe them down with alcohol or soap and water.</li>
<li>Disinfect the bee sting in the same fashion, with soap and water or with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Dab onto the wound, be gentle and careful so you do not irritate the skin any more than it already it. This could cause more pain than good.</li>
<li> Remove the stinger as quickly but safely as possible. Brute force isn&#8217;t needed, just a steady hand and precise movements. Do not dig into the skin any more than you have to. Locate the stinger itself, black and small, try to secure the tweezer pincers aroung the stinger, and slowly extract the stinger from your skin. If you are stung in a hard to reach place, have a friend that you trust help you.</li>
<li> Apply an ice pack to the swollen, stung area to reduce swelling and inflammation. This will also numb the area of minor pain after removing the stinger.</li>
<li> After keeping the ice pack to your wound for at least ten minutes, begin applying gel you would use for cuts and scrapes, such as Neosporin or Polysporin. This will prevent the wound from further infection and reduce irritation.</li>
<li> Cover the wound with a band-aid to keep safe. Reapply gel and change band-aid as needed until the bee sting is healed. NOTICE: If sting continues to swell or cause other symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, or swelling of the whole body, you will want to seek professional medical attention to get the best possible care.</li>
</ol>

Obliques are at the side of the torso and run diagonally from &#8216;rectus abdominis&#8217; all the way to the lower back muscles. The external oblique muscles create a V-shape. These steps will help show you <strong>how to do side crunches</strong>.</p>
<p>1. To position yourself for the crunches, first lay on the floor as if you were doing regular crunches with your knees bent. I recommend doing this on some type of mat such as a yoga mat to give your body some cushioning.</p>
<p>2. Next, starting at your waist, drop your legs together completely to the left side.</p>
<p>3. Place both hands behind your head to give yourself neck support.</p>
<p>4. Breathe in deeply and hold the breath as you lift your body.</p>
<p>5. Lift your head off the ground using your abdominal muscles, not your neck muscles-using your neck muscles here could give you neck pain.</p>
<p>6. Guide your right elbow towards your left knee, continuing to use your abdominal muscles. Get yourself as close as possible to contact between your knee and elbow without straining your muscles.</p>
<p>7. Lower your head back down so that it is nearly touching the mat before going onto the next repetition. Repeat this crunch routine on your right side for muscle balance- each works out one side of your obliques.</p>
<p>To begin, I recommend doing 3 sets of 25 reps on each side. This should be part of a more comprehensive ab routine, as this targets a very specific group of abdominal muscles. I would avoid working out your abs two days in a row to give your muscles full time to recover, but an ab routine performed three times a week is a great start.
